"Last summer, I was interested in purchasing a home for investment purposes. I had never tried my hand at rental real estate and was quite concerned about finding that 'right' home that combined high quality construction but yet was still a good value. I had not considered new construction until I met Tim and was able to tour one of his model homes. Tim personally took me through the home, pointing out many of his standard features that other builders do not consider (e.g., Tim pre-plumbs all his homes with 3" PVC piping during construction as part of a radon mitigation plan if it should become necessary). This type of thoughtfulness left a very positive impression on me.

After the sale, Tim is just as focused on customer service. Not only did Tim respond to all the (minor) issues associated with my (purchaser) walk-through within days, he responded to an observation of my tenant within hours! NOTE - the observation of the tenant turned out to be nothing - Tim investigated and immediately sent an explanation to me of his findings.
